Plain colours, most of which are translucent, allow a high degree of light
transmission and low level of obscurity. There is a wide range of choice
from very pale tints to vibrant colours suitable for most applications. Plain
colours can be used together with the background effects to give a textured
appearance and gain a higher level of obscurity
