While we make every effort to ensure our items are clearly described and packaged as best as we can to avoid any problems with your order, we do understand that sometimes things happen.
We will gladly exchange your item or refund your payment if your item is faulty or we have made a mistake at the time of packing.
In the event of breakage / damage during transit, please provide us with proof of all damage with good quality photographs including the broken item/s and the box or other packaging. Australia post may cover your parcel if it is obvious that damaged has occurred during transit. Refunds or replacements will not be offered unless you can provide sufficient evidence of damaged parcels.
We do not refund shipping costs.
We do not refund for change of mind purchases. If you change your mind or have made a mistake with your order we are happy to exchange however you will need to pay return postage and replacement postage.
Returns are not accepted for custom designed products.
All returns must be sent back within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition exactly as received (especially crystals and fragile items, we pack them properly to avoid damage) If you return a product and it is damaged in the return mail then no refund will be issued.
Replacement items will be sent to you once your return has been received in resalable condition and additional postage paid.
Gifts n Crystals is not responsible for lost mail. We send all parcels with tracking and signature required to the address you provide on your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or where authority to leave has been provided to Australia post after we have shipped your goods. Giving authority to leave is at your own risk.
